Can't help myself- School is in session: Facts as per fsnr's own quarterly and yearly reporting.

1. Each of last three reporting quarters, company raised $s by selling 625,000 shares (each quarter) of common stock. I don't know if it was directly into the market, private placement, or to Santa Claus, but the shares were sold for the purpose of paying bills (which can include salaries, but I am not making any suggestions or guesses about that).

2. As of March 30, 2014 the company had total cash reserves of $7,500 and monthly expenses of more than $25,000.

3. Last quarter produced a whopping $117 in total Petrozene sales.
4. Last quarter produced ZERO revenues from water sales.

5. Last quarter witnessed an increase in the Outstanding Share total of 4,600,000 shares over the previous quarter.

So it is quite obvious the only forward going possibility of the company surviving is continued and increased sales of common stock. So it is also obvious that the big deal "final stage" financing promised on the last CEO blog statement had to have been consummated by now - or the company would be broke and evicted by it's landlord- and was NOT a JV or other reportable deal (Sorry- no more machines to play with) but more stock sold off the shelf since last quarter.

So, what do we have for our math lesson today?

ZERO PRODUCT INVENTORY + ZERO SALES = KEEP FINDING NEW SHEEP TO SELL STOCK TO UNTIL IT IS ALL GONE.

Don’t worry, New and Old Sheep, there are still plenty of shares on the shelf – unless of course, fsnr really plans on building some machines or launching a lunar probe to harvest tarballs. They may not have enough shares left for that.
