It's retail who drive the price down. Some people think to buy cheep and put there bids for million shares a few tics lower than the bid. You are sure to get that price because the diluter will take everything. The next one want cheaper shares and again put his bid a few tics below the bid, and again they come and take it. But in the end you are all losers in this game. Slap the ask if you want the stock to go up. Give them enough supply at a higher price and you will make all profit.
