Even the V's won't drop to 3's to sell. It's a shame some haven't done their DD and falling prey to those trying to bring them down to 2's. The real tragedy is that many have been here for a year (or more) and may be selling at a loss. The biggest growing pain has been the notes which are nearly done converting (if they aren't already). Thus, we are near the finish line. This is why a burst of negativity, they know it too and trying to get their low-ball bids filled before the bounce. To each his own...
