The word on this is that 4 years ago, a poster showed up and pointed all the board members to a site that showed a leak of a contract that was supposedly going to take place between this shell and another entity. The stock went flying and then it crashed when people realized that it was a hoax.

Now, recently...there was a filing of someone named Jason that bought 32 million shares. This got the stock up again and many bagholders of the past were able to unload this garbage on the sheep that were brought to the slaughter house.

And,,,now its going back down into the abyss for another long time. Until someone creative can put out another hoax to get people to buy this junk.
