March 7th 2014 the Board passed resolutions authorizing the CEO move forward with the company’s new venture and to take steps he deemed necessary to establish a steering committee to orchestrate the assessment and acquisition of assets and the appointment of key personnel. He was further granted the authority to make the appropriate news announcements related to the company’s activities and bestowed with the discretion to determine the substance and release schedule of said news.

No info on WHAT that new venture is or when it will be publically announced.
