Do hope it comes down to .05, but it won't be because of dilution......Picture this, in High School, Kim walks over to you and tells you he forgot his lunch money, can you loan me a buck? You say yes and give him the buck. The next day Kim gives you 2 bucks and again a thank you.

Years latter, Kim has not enough money to fund his idea. He goes and talks to someone to get a loan and he gets the deal we have now.

Kim's been very conscious about drawing from that fund and still made his dream a reality.

Now Kim has all the ducks in a row, his idea his company, KBLB, is ready, a news brief or 2 and it's off to dollar land.

Kim like in, high school goes to the company that ,made him a loan, tells them what their help has done in making this dream.

He then completes the deal and draws the rest of the cash loan, in a way helping those that helped him make some of the reward.

The loan company is blown away, what an honest man, and we now have millions of shares in this KBLB that is about to explode.

Smart money mangers they are they decide not to sell the shares for a puck of .04, but hold them 30 to 60 days and they'll be worth 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 20, 30$$$$$+.

That's is why we don't see the share price dropping, no dilution, only smart men holding.
