They already financed 50 m'n of the 90 m'n needed to complete studio 1, that's what we know now. 40 mn of which by the IDA (it was stated again in the last 10q). So there is no reason they shouldn't be able to at least start construction.. And Why shouldn't they get the other 40 mn?
