...appears to be some HUGE FCNCA-involved settlement, albeit secretive or sealed or redacted or hidden....................or buried............................frankie might have cracked under questioning and ratted out honey bobo - - which impacted the FDIC to wire-up a stipulation..................FCNCA mysteriously tightened up its D&O coverage in 1Q2014.........frankie's sister quit the board in late 2012 and apparently dumped some stock...................and there is the undefined, special issue FCNCA preferred stock that sits in abeyance...............

...............the whole mess is QUACKING loudly............might be a duck..............................

...and our legal adviser said that.....IF........IF something HUGE is going on behind the scenes secretly in the BK CT.......................major dollars will flow to UWBKQ folks.......................in other words, $0.0055 or $5.50 p/s...........monica would probably predict about $3.30 p/s.....................
