Most saw the red flags but the risk/reward seemed justified - at least for the small position I had.

Independent of all the transactions you speak of, the float remained VERY low - i.e. there was no telltale dilution so to speak.

As far as the business itself, it's real enough - I (and others) have seen the new facility first hand.

That's what kept me in the game, but I knew the risks going in. I'll recoup what I can and move on.
