that is a great point.

the ceo can even be arrested and jailed if he made any remarks that were not highly pertinent. he is bound by the rules. this is a publicly held company.

he knows what is going on and exactly what he can and cant say.

he also knows how many companies have been halted.


he said very clearly that 12 cents is on the table. and that it cannot go below that.


so you can cry all you want, this deal is closing in just a few days.
