For all you shareholders that got sucked in on this scam there is something you can do to try to recoup your loses. You can sue GDSM/SHEA. Now by doing this you may or may not win but if you sue he has to prove everything including dilution and exactly where the money went. If he doesn't then you win and a guy like this may not even bother to show up in court and if that happens you win also. Now even if you win you may not get paid but you will get a judgment on Shea/GDSM..
