Isn't it true that the CD cannot be exercised until 2007??? So since we already had a tabloided post stating CD cannot be exercised until 2007....someone is actually lieing here!

Further, this is a long held practice of Bashers to circulate drummed up garbage as though it was a PR from the CEO.

Lets just wait to hear from Sandy Winick himself on an official basis..not through some hearsay post derived from RB.
