Who cares when websites are registered? Obviously the new board is going to try to salvage any hope they can. Has nothing, not one single thing to do with share revocation. It's in the filings. Apparently its coming within the next 1-3 weeks based on past examples. People can throw up websites in a heartbeat. Happens all the time. The company doesn't have to go dark for shareholders to lose their last dime. Just because they restructure doesn't mean current holders aren't left out in the cold. That happens all the time with bankruptcy restructuring. We just don't know. Putting a website up doesn't change stuff like that. JMHO
