The sec doesn't have time to examine how BYSD markets their products in a pr. They are allowed to say its impenetrable and the alleged lawsuit that you claim would come if it were ever breached would never make it to court because a judge would throw it out. That's like saying that no product is ever allowed to fail under any conditon. That's just not reality. Call the courts- they'll tell you the same thing.
