Doesn't the pretty much prove that Provista isn't involved in this in any way, shape, or form like some have been pretending for years? Isn't it exactly as the filing claimed...meaning the stock gets delisted, and the company restructured in some way of which shareholders really don't know the final outcome? I think the new BOD has made it clear they are going to try to do something here. Its just with the patent situation and historical sales of the product, could be a tough sell. JMHO
