It's very obvious Huffy/Kara are worried. As long........

as the "allegation" can be pump and dump, and not bogus CERTS, then and only then can anything be tied to Zo.

There are NO specifics charges ever leveled at Zo. Claiming he was the CEO and President, and as brilliant as that DD is, does not make Zo a criminal.

The suggestion that Huffy would NEVER sell bogus CERTS to a CEO wanting to take his private company public is absurd. That is exactly what TEXX was all about. Covering up what for happened at TEMN in Sept 2011.

Huffy deposited 35MM TEMN shares just 2 days before the chill was placed, and then he an Klein sold millions of TEXX shares beginning in April 2012. It all stems from the sale of those bogus CERTS.

To suggest otherwise is....well, you know.

Huffy never dreamed Zo would still be around. He also never dreamed the bogus CERTS would be discovered. When Zo chose to cancel them and then move to another TA, that's when he and Kara sought a court order giving them cover. The gig was up.

Lest we forget......Zo is the CEO and President.
