He said company was valued at .12 they will merge with another company..and all share holder shares would go to .12...target date to complete merger is may 30th..he said deal will be at least .12 and he trying to get more if can..everything still ago with the card..they said he had to change name of card because i believe master card would not allow them to call it a black card..he also said there will be about 600mil O/S..also future goal is to go nasdaq as well...well into the future for that
