I would like to address a number of your concerns.

The company is not selling stock. The insiders and employees of the company are not selling stock. I have no idea how you come to a conclusion that we are participating in any way??
The company recently entered into an agreement with Integral Ad Science and we have licensed their software to run on our web properties to detect fraudulent traffic. No ad provider is going to tolerate bot traffic, so this was an important step for us. We are constantly working to eliminate any sources of bad traffic.

There are a number of sites that report on traffic stats. I find Alexa interesting, but not always accurate. As a matter of fact, they have understated our traffic totals. I run our Google analytics every day and I can tell you with confidence that our reported traffic levels are real. I would never misstate the truth about this in a public company forum.

We are scheduled to report our 1st quarter results tomorrow morning.
