As far as self help penny stocks go, PNCH has performed as a prime and I must say excellent example for nubs as what horrors await them in the stinky pinky penny game.

It is by far the most solid example I have come across.

This is the first I've ever seen where a CEO pulls 3 R/S's all by himself.

I firmly believe that PNCH should be used as an example for training for aspiring traders.
