I spoke with BL some time back.

HOW do YOU know MMRF "provides a secure documentation of health records"???? Do you know for a fact its secure? Or that it even functions? Or exists??

He explained to me how it works so I believe it is secure. Not to mention like many out here I have a PHR with MMRF.
