They think the deal was signed this year when it was signed way back many months ago. Thats why they think we should have just used our cash from Q1 instead of agreeing to the additional debt share issuance. Doesnt work that way tho im afraid lol.

Unfortunately most of the capital down here in pennies is very toxic financing. MYEC was no different. But it has allowed us to get a piece of a world class entity for dirt cheap when otherwise we would not have. The issuances are over so its all good.

And3 or 4billion shares, it doesnt matter whenu have a valuation in tens of billions.

Were gonna be laughing our asses off a year from now.
