Well, MYEC had debt, so to remove it all from the books and start fresh they made a deal where shres would be issued in return for payments, the shares have been issued over the last year or so every couple of months, as you can see by clicking on the link. So it raised the share count to 4.1 Billion. The CEO controls roughly half.

I expect a share buyback and retiring of shares to be one of first orders of business now that they are becoming comfortably profitable. They could start with as little as 100k a month and move it up as profits grow. With such high profit margins well have the extra cash to not only do it but to ramp it up significantly within a years time. JMO of course. But over time I can see buying back half the float.
