there are some indications are that tom is going to see if he can get them to raise it a little. perhaps to--say--15 cents. but I am not sure how much leverage he has. 12 cents is already mega huge. he is better off grabbing that deal and running with it.


it cannot go any lower than 12 cents.

closing is on april 30th.
