Nice assessment and correct me if I'm wrong, but when a case gets dismissed with prejudice, doesn't that normally mean a settlement were involved? I can't think of a situation in which a plantiff would dismiss multiple cases voluntary so early in discovery other than reaching a settlement. I don't know how large these settlements are since 8k were not filed. But many settlements in the 500k range, plus a few grand slams, contract revenue, and the potential to license IPNavs proprietary technology is going to send this stock to levels above conservative estimates. The license agreements for vantage and CRFD with RPX should be above $3 million combined when using sampo and relay license deals as a comparative. I think CRFD and vantage are more valuable.
