I'm going to say that all that past business talk is dead. The company was unable to move forward with any deals because of the debt and the state of the company. At this point this is a shell waiting for Reverse Merger news or the company getting back to the trucking business. VFIN on the Ask today is the indication they are diluting the stock raising money. All we can do is wait for the update or sell and move on.
