I learned a long time ago that in the long term, stocks will trade at their market value based on fundamentals. But in short periods, they can fly or sink purely on emotional trading. People will pay what they think is "fair" value on a stock based on the moment, based on emotion, based on rumors, based on speculation.
I have seen garbage stocks, with CEOs who make empty promises, and with floats much higher than UTRM, go over $1 in a two month span. It is certainly possible to see us get to .11, but it is also possible to see us down in the triple 0s. That's part of the fun of playing the pennys.
