Furthermore, anyone who has ever worked a day in their life understand that NO company does everything perfectly. There is prioritization where some things make it to the top of the list and other things to the bottom, and all manner of human shortcomings occur.

If you have never had a job, then I guess you can't relate, but I have worked for some big and highly reputable companies, and small ones too and believe me they can be quite daft about any number of things.
