On his profile, he is listed as the VP Corporate Finance for Thayer Gate Advisors. When you go to their website and click on clients, you can see that one of them is "CBD Technologies"

Finding CBD Technologies on LinkedIn (CBD Technologies Profile) you can see that they also go by Futuragene Inc.

According to their website "FuturaGene’s technologies address critical challenges of plant yield enhancement and yield protection" They don't have much on their website regarding MMJ, but this can easily be used in that industry. If they have strains to maximize yield and/or something to use to assist with growth, this could be huge.

These are just some dots I tried to connect and cant be sure that is where this is going.
