Management owns only 0.53% of the Shares Outstanding.

Management has no SKIN in the game .. and continues to issue shares to pay for their salaries.

kING ONLY HAS 169,892 Shares
Largest Indiser is Swartz with 546,118 shares

Total Compensation for PPHM executives was 4.41m USD last year!

King brought home 1.1m USD of which only 0.35m USD was in Optoins (i.e. dependent onf PPHM future Performance)

Total Shares hold by King are worth less than 300k USD!

So ... you can see that King could not care less about PPHM share Price Performance! ...

As long as he is able to issue shares and pay in Cash and Benefits for 70% of its salary ... he does not Care if PPHM goes to 0.20$ !!

With PPHM at 0.20 USD ... King would lose 240k USD! ... Approximately 24% of its yearly salary or ... 34% of his clean-non-future-performance-dependet salary (exluding Options)
