I think Gem hit the nail on the head, in that this NR was a call to anybody else at the table who need to ante up.
people are so used to penny pumps they assume markets aren't real in penny land. I say these people are about to have a rude awakening. The stock market exists to raise capital. period. Anybody who disagrees doesn't know their history. Ultimately, price will reflect future value - right now, clearly, the market doesn't know what to think here... yet.
