Yes that's always been one of the big problems with this, even those of us that have been here for years don't fully understand and/or believe the exact relationship between RAFA and their supposed subsidiary Zao Rafarma.

It's complex, there are different entities involved and it's never really been even remotely explained in any capacity with the exception of this iHub post from 2012 by someone who we believe was the insider who originally facilitated this deal with Zdorovie Invest, Zao Rafarma and RAFA.
