The bottomline with the stock in this precarious situation is this. The confidence is not there in the market right now because of the note holder sellers of VNDM and VFIN.

The company itself is actually doing quite well (about as good as i have seen in my 10 years in trading OTCs) but the market side of it is not good. there is no confidence in the market. In all actuality there is not a huge amt of dilution everyday, its just not enough buyers to absorb it. VNDM moves up on like 500K shares, thats like 4K bucks. But nobody wants to buy it, VFIN dumps maybe 1M a day and then leaves. Yes its bad, but really not the sole reason we are stuck, just a lack of buyers.

We get some 25M volume days with conviction buyers and the stock goes easily up to .012+, maybe .015+ and if the "value investors" of ihub were to see this stock and be made aware of it, you could see the large position builders start loading this up down here and bring it more in line with how the underlying company is doing
