I have tens of millions of shares....I want it to go UP!!

I am not happy it is going down...however as a trader. Once is gets under .0038, the smartest play for me MIGHT just be to short about 20 million shares in my other account, DUMP all my longs and cover once it hits .003 but if that LAST resistance (.003) doesn't hold, short all the way to .002!!! Then cover shorts and load 30 million to ride back up to .005!!!
