Problem is more buildings without a license. Issue would be why not wait to the license and then there is something to expand on.!!! Remember no operation runs smooth and bill is a go to guy. However, first things first, license please. They delay if any cannot be blamed on bill. They finished end of sentence. We are now in the hands of an administrative agency. The ball is in their court. None the less pushing for more buildings may irk off some counsel members until they see a license. I feel we are on an any day schedule with the license.
