yeah kind of does. Since stock promoter Vakser is sitting behind the dilution presses, it gives more of a guarantee that 12.2 billion total shares will be printed and PRPM lands at no bid. Look at the .0002 on the ask for the last 2 hours. Only 4.25 mil traded? No one wants .0002's now? (those of course who can actually trade PRPM stock due to the current DTC global lock).

In other words, Vakser is here so you wont make money

really don't care who owns what or who is running this!as long as we make money does it matter ?
