To answer your questions NBM, here is what I know:
After they devise the proper formula, how long afterwards do you think they could go into production? Last time I spoke w/Mr. James, he said they would go into production right away after a formulation is created and proven to perform as labeled.
Will they get their CBD product from TRTC or another source or several? Where will they be manufactured? Inergetics will be manufacturing them at their facilities and TRTC will be supplying the ingredients
And most important of all, where can they be sold? To the best of my knowledge, they can only be sold in those states that have legalized MJ.
Will they utilize a spokesperson (Khardashian, Theisman, Willie Nelson)? At this time I have no idea on what they have planned for promotional activity behind their hemp oil based supplements and doubt we will know that for some time. I doubt they would hire spokesperson this soon, as it would only make sense to do that after more states have legalized MJ.
Since it is MJ based will they be allowed to be sold in all states? No, only in those states that have legalized MJ. Though I am not sure about the possibility of on-line sales at this time.
Will they need FDA approval? No, since they are supplements they will not require FDA approval.
