Reminder. The only company that had patents on any kind of 3d cell was Matsushita (Panasonic), and they in turn have worked with our team as consultants. Thst would seem to me to mean that we are probably not in violation of their patents, especially seeing as how they are listed in the reverancei section of the patent application.

Bottom line is that I don't think we would lose a pantent based on infringement. IMO
