AstraZeneca board rejects new offer from Pfizer

Gee, Supposedly the theory is our mgmt team has rejected several offers for the company. Wonder why mgmt would not let the shareholders or Wall Street know? Wouldn't it create a bidding war? That is of course if the company actually received any offers. I guess it is better to remain silent so nobody knows what the company has. Yeah thats the ticket. All imo.
