I thought they already negotiated the IMC metalworkings deal and they were supposed to start shipping metal from the mine in August of last year? What happened to postpone the deal? and why did this switch to the Canadian Exchanges?

With a potential Berkshire Hathaway deal or with one already completed for investments of over 100 million from them this market cap seems stupidly undervalued. Am I wrong here?
