The property is currently in a bidding war and being promoted to all the companies !

Coming from someone who wasn't in attendance at the Stockholder's Meeting.

Here is what CornhuskerGold shared after actually attending same:
The June 9th date is the accept or no accept date for the offer which is currently on the table, which was hinted at having come through some unspecified mediation of Mr. Letts our new member of the BOD.  See the Business section later on Mr. Letts.  No name of the offering entity was given.  No terms or conditions of the offer were given.

This would not be a finalization date.  If the offer were accepted.  My impression is there would be more negotiations etc. to follow.

The accept / not accept decision will be made in relation to other offers that may or may not come in and in comparison to the overall value the BOD thinks they have in the mountain.  They would not hint in any way how they thought the current offer stood in relation to expectations, which is appropriate.

One or more offers are still expected to come in.   Apparently have not been received yet or at least the BOD would not say otherwise.

Bidding war, eh? Based on precisely what evidence, Abazaba?
