(www.proximarf.com). 6-Year-Old ProximaRF produces a versatile and leading-edge portfolio of RFID readers, tags, sensor tags, sensor probes, and RFID-enabled data logging tags based on the ISO 15693 standard of high frequency (13.56 Mhz) RFID. HF RFID is ideally suited for applications requiring a secure 1-to-1 device write and read. ProximaRF joins Altitude Organic Corporation as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tranzbyte.
According to Tranzbyte’s president, David Gwyther, “ProximaRF will add versatility as well as intellectual and physical property to Tranzbyte’s 8-year old technology division. In addition to its currently expanding product line, I believe ProximaRF has the capability for the future development of RFID-related products intended to support future Altitude Organic-managed dispensaries. High frequency RFID is valuable for adding data security, providing the ability to monitor user actions/business processes, automate accurate data collection/ retention and establish records from which to improve efficiencies and accountability for processes.
