You DO remember those audited fins were due back in March don't you? I still say a long play in pennys is not a smart play as the odds are so much against you. Also IMO, anytime a CEO touts upgrading to the big boards and promising dividends is waving a big red flag to me. It's what any CEO would say to garner investor interest. Pennys are good for flipping for profits only and the pps now is too high to flip for decent profit percentage.
