The market makers are not allowing anyone to buy $0.0001's because I have two orders in separate accounts sitting unfilled. One has been there for almost a month and a half as a BUY at $0.0001. Therefore, the volume hits at $0.0001 are people capitulating on the BID.
Also, it has been proven that the BUY volume at the ASK is basically the same as the FINRA shares marked short for HESG on that given day. This tells me that if the ASK wasn't marked short at $0.0002 the price would start moving up and fast!
