Filings and news are useless indications of performance without full disclosure. This statement is proven by FOGC's filings and news in its recent past. They were all pure B.S.

Sure, there may be a merger in the works, or already done, but a merger in itself is a meaningless event unless the merger partner brings something to the table. If you apply common sense to such a scenario, the reality is, any company that could bring something to the table, wouldn't.

This all reeks of another FOGC P&D.
