Okay let's think about Q1 for a second. Q2 is next and I have a big feeling about it by looking at Q1.

In Q1 there were only 4 PRs that were related to Revenue. The G-PAY PR is in question, because there is still a bidding process that has to go on, and we are not sure if any bids have been won, and if any $ has flowed in.

In January, we got nothin'. In February, we have one, but here we are in Q2 and still working on it. In March we have 3 new clients total. But is that enough time for them to generate Revenue for MYEC before March 31?

So my question is what brought in 1.6M before March 31?
Could iCard and VXGateway licenses been purchased before March 31 and not announced until April? Could their payments be factored in? I think probably yes, because those PRs were dated 04/2 and 04/04. But I also think there may be more going on that is not PRd.

Is the 1.6M only from Licensing purchases, and not actual processing costs? I think, in all cases, yes.

This is where the good news come in. It's now time to generate processing Revenues from those deals.

We have 1 1/2 months left before the end of Q2, and we know by then they will be audited, DTC eligible, and the MyEcheck Personal App will be functioning. What will the Q2 report look like then?
