Agreed, they are legally allowed to post the purchase on their website, just like an NDA filing to the FDA, but it's officially been published now by the SEC as of this week and will close on June 15th which will then be the so called Seeking Alpha, Street material to send the stock flying...the smart people and shorts will try to levitate this and trade massive amounts within the .60 to .80's ranges now and then in June it goes parabolic as the chain is unleashed. I saw this happen so many times before. It's ashame a lot of people will be caught chasing over 3-4 dollars.
