jerseyboy, I take it that the financials in the presentation are for the NewCo Company. Is that correct or is the sales for the combination of the two companies?

Also, would you mind elaborating on the "Diagram of Transaction". Did Moody give any explanation on how the arrows between HISS -> NewCo Company -> Subsidiary worked?
