In the next 2 weeks we should find out a whole lot more about our reverse merger deal. Our up to date share structure and the "possibility" of a reverse split has to be revealed pretty soon too. At least then we will all have a better idea of just how much our shares will really be worth. With a billion or more shares being dumped on the market recently through VFIN and VNDM, one thing is certain, our share numbers will change. Just what the value of our current shares will be, depends on a lot of things. The value of our shares, once the reverse merger is finalized depends on just how these two companies agreed on the distribution of these reversed shares. In the near future we will all have a much better idea of what their plans are, and give us the choice of riding it out for a longer period or moving on.
