Is it possible that Obama addad the third amendment to insure that FnF would pay tax payers back before the possible take over of the white house by the republicans in 2016 because he knows they will get rid of them and he wants to keep FnF in order to allow the middle class homeownership, or are both parties working only for the banks and they want to get rid of FnF so that the banks can take over the profits?
