Not so on the shares. It's all spelled out in the agreement. Not a penny is due till after the second 500k is sent, then it is at the companies discretion whether to make payments or pay in stock. At which time it is the average of the last 25 trading days and they get a discount from that average. So if they produce. Get revenue they would most likely pay cash. Although a lot of companies prefer to owe these days. Even major corporation's sitting on billions will take loans (with very little interest) to keep cash on hand. And the interest is a write off anyway
